What's the deal with shipping?
So we ship to most countries in the world and we use NZ Post and FedEx. What's available depends on your location.
Economy Shipping
Economy shipping is a service by NZ Post. It's the cheapest form of shipping as it uses the global postal network. So is it safe? Well yes for the most part. In fact for most countries it has a tracking number and it is insured. But it's not particularly quick.
NZ Post Courier
So this is an option on packages sent within New Zealand. It's faster and doesn't cost that much more then Economy. Definitely worth it!
Express
When only the best will do. express is your best bet. Full transparency it's hella expensive! But it can get your products to you faster then anything else we have. For this service we either use NZ Post Express which is a courier service NZ Post offer, or we use FedEx. What we use depends on who will get it to you quicker on the particular day you order. For high value orders we will give you Express as the only option - but don't worry we will cover the cost in those circumstances.
What's the deal with America?
Honestly we don't know. If you do could you explain it to us? All we know is that we can't ship anything there because our shipping providers don't know the new tariff and import rules. It changes from tweet to tweet so we really have no idea when we can start shipping to the US again. But we are working on it and as soon as we have the green light again we will let you all know.
When we say we can't ship to the US that includes all US territories such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Midway Island, Wake Island, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Are you shipping to Israel?
Short answer is nope. We can ship to Israel, they aren't sanctioned or anything, but we don't. Why are we not shipping to Israel? Because we refuse to do business with a country that is actively committing and promoting a genocide of an entire people.
Until the situation improves we will not ship to Israel
What countries do you not ship to?
We ship to most countries but some we are not allowed to due to sanctions.
